-knife
Be sure to be the only person in the house at midnight and grab any kind of doll and go to your room.
Be sure that your room is completely dark and place five candles in a circle around you and light them
Get a knife and slit your finger, Put three drops of blood on the doll, one on the mouth and two on the eyes, one for each eye
Chant three times
"Jason The Toymaker, Appear before me, put me in the image you want me to be."
You will then hear an insane laughter and then he'll say
"You call?"
After that each candle will go out one by one counting down the last seconds of your life.
