6. Dont fall asleep if you dont want the sleep paralysis to happen and wait till the morning.
What you'll need:
-Computer
-pencil
At 3AM open your computer but make sure nobody's home. search up 'Creepypasta twilight sparkle' on google and you'll see a picture of twilight sparkle with a pencil in her mouth and her dark eyes with be moving.
Click on it and move your eyes following the picture as it moves. say slowly
"twilight....Perfect....Yesterday....Months" whilst looking at the picture.
Close the image quickly once she stares up in your direction (should take around 2 minutes) Then get up when the computer time hits 3:02AM and grab a pencil, lay down on your bed with the pencil in your mouth. Chant
"twilight....perfect....yesterday....months" whilst licking the pencil. Then yell
"PERFECT" and quickly put the pencil under your bed
Pretend to be going to sleep whilst closing your eyes looking at the end of the bed slowly. There you should see twilight smiling at you with a really creepy smile. she should ask you
"What about yesterday huh?"
You should close your eyes tight and not talk to her. When she gets close yell
"LET ME OUT MONSTER" while pointing at her. if she does not obey your command yell
"KARMA"
Then turn on your back and go to sleep. you will then have a sleep paralysis and you wont be able to move and speak. This is your fate. (to get out of sleep paralysis hold your breath)
