It was a very cold night on October 8th ave 4:03 am and mom just left the bed, to tell the story of the birth of Lorelai Rory Gilmore. A couple hours later she heads down stairs to greet her big sister and wish her a happy birthday.
Blair: (shouting) HAPPY BIRTHDAY RORY!!!! Rory: (cover her ears) why do you have to be so loud? Blair: (Giggles)because you're now an old lady, and I need to shout it because I don't want to repeat my self!! Rory: well can old lady pick you up and throw you!!! Rory knows how to make her sister laugh and she always want to make her and feel included. Blair: I bet you can't do it. Rory: wanna bet. (Making a smirk on her face) Rory: are you ready?! Blair: noo!! Rory: (struggling to pick up her little sister) come on this was your favorite thing to do together. Blair: (pleading to Rory) how about we just go shopping like normal sisters. Rory: no! (Holding Blair in her arms) Ready... 1...2.... Blair: please Rory!!! Rory: 2.... Blair: I'm sorry!! You're not an old lady!!! You're the best big sister ever!!! Rory: thanks (she sets Blair down on her feet) let's go to Luke's now. Blair: ok (hugging her sister) Lorelai: uh where are you going? Rory: Luke's! Lorelai: no not til you open my birthday present! Rory: Fine Lorelai: here Rory: no way!!! (Holding up a new book that Rory has been talking about for weeks Lorelai: I got a REALLY, REALLY GOOD deal on it. Blair: what so special about it?! Rory: um.... it's a book written by my favorite Professor at Harvard. Blair: can we go to Luke's now? Rory: yes just let me drop the book off in my room.
Luke's Diner Blair: what do you think Luke did for you? Rory: I don't know if he even did anything. Blair: of course he did. Lane: (running to catch up to them) hey happy birthday Rory!!! Here is a little present from me. Rory: aww thank you Lane! I add it to my collection of books!!! They enter the diner and sit down. Luke: no...no... no.. you guys can't sit there. Rory: I am sorry I didn't know there was an assign seating. The three girls laugh Luke: well if took me an hour to blow up those happy birthday balloons. Rory: OH My Gosh!! Thank you so much Luke!!!! You're the best!!! Luke: yeah well just tell your mother it was her idea. Rory: thank you again Luke.
Dean walks in and kisses Rory, wishing her a happy birthday. Dean: well there is the birthday girl. Rory: thanks babe. Blair: should we get to school now? Rory: I forgot about that! Lane: wow for the first time I known Rory she actually forgot she had school. Blair: new year new Rory! And I like this new Rory! Rory: come on Blair we need to be on time. Blair: wait... open my present! Rory: ok, I open quickly!! Blair handed her the present Rory: (speechless) I love it! It my favorite picture of us!! How did you do it? Blair: I drew it in art class with the help of my teacher with half of it. Rory hugs her sister and kisses her on the top of her head. Rory: I love you. Blair: love you too.
