The next day, Tyler woke me up. "Hey Cammy." He said. "The senior twins told me you have another appointment today." He told me. I groaned. "You gotta get up. I can come with you if your want." He said. "Please." I replied. "Great! We can go do something fun after if you want." He suggested. "Yes please!" I said with a smile. "But you gotta get up first Cammy." He said. I got out of bed, and went downstairs for breakfast, where Charlie was making pancakes. All of the twins were sitting at the table, and Gabe was sitting at the counter, talking to Charlie. "Good morning Cam, how are you doing?" Asked Charlie. I shrugged. "I could be better." I replied. "What's up kid?" He asked me. "The senior twins are making me go to an appointment." I said. Charlie nodded. "You'll be fine Cam. You're brave, you can do it." He said to me. I shrugged. He handed me a plate with pancakes, which I took over to the table and sat down. "Cam when was the last time you went to the eye doctor?" Asked Kade. I shrugged. "I don't know, but my eyes are fine." I said. Kade sighed. "Okay." He said. "Cam brush your teeth after you finish eating, we're leaving in an hour." Said Finn. I groaned. "Where are you going?" Asked Nathan. "The office." Said Finn. "Which office?" Asked Nathan. In our house there are so many offices, it's easy to get them mixed up. "My office." Said Finn. "Cam had an appointment." "Didn't she just have an appointment?" Asked Nathan. "Yeah, but I need to change something." Replied Finn. "Did you screw something up?" Asked Nathan, smirking. "No. I just need to adjust the treatment plan." Said Finn, scowling at Nathan. "Sure you do." Replied Nathan, standing up and putting his dishes in the dishwasher, going upstairs. Finn sighed. I finished eating my breakfast, and sat down on the couch next to Tyler, who was watching sports replays. "Cameron! Go brush your teeth!" Shouted Finn. I groaned, and turned into Tyler. "Nooo..." I said into his side. Tyler chuckled. "C'mon Cam, get up." He said, tickling me. I laughed, and Tyler picked me up, carrying me to my room. "Get changed and brush your teeth, and come down when you're done." He said, to which I nodded in reply. I then got dressed, and brushed my teeth, and walked downstairs, where the senior twins and Tyler were waiting for me. We got in cars, I was with Tyler, because we were going to do something fun after, and the twins were in their own car. Soon Tyler pulled up at the twins' office, and he got out. He opened the door on my side of the car waiting for me to exit, but I didn't. "It'll be okay Cam." He said, trying to comfort me. "I'm pretty sure the retainer Finn wants to use is removable, so you can take it out to eat and stuff." Said Tyler. I sighed. Then, Tyler just lifted me out of the car, carrying me towards the office. I was squirming to try and get away, but he had a tight grip on me. He entered the office, and walked to an exam room, where Finn and Mitchell were waiting. He put me down on the chair, closing the door behind him. I tried to jump out of the chair, but Mitchell stopped me. "Cam you'll be fine." Said Mitchell. "All Finn is going to do is make sure that the appliance fits you. You don't have to do anything." He said. I still shook my head, because I don't trust Finn at all when I'm in this chair. "Please Cam?" Begged Finn. I shook my head. "I need to use the bathroom." I announced. I got up and walked to the bathroom slowly. I used it, and started walking back to the exam room. I stopped when I heard them talking about me. I stood outside the door and listen the their conversation. "How bad?" Asked Tyler. I heard one of the twins sigh. "Pretty bad." Replied one of the twins. They both sound exactly the same, so I couldn't tell who was speaking. "Braces, springs, headgear, possibly extractions." Said one of the twins. "Basically you all over again, without surgery." "Damn." Said Tyler. "It's gonna be rough on her. Is there anything to do that would be able to help her at all?" He asked. "Not really." Replied one of the twins. "She'll just have to bear through the pain." After that, I walked into the room, and leaned up against Tyler. "Sweetheart, just let Finn do his thing, and we can get out of here, alright?" He said. I shook he head, and he chuckled. "Well we're going to let Finn do his thing anyway, so why don't you sit back down?" He suggested. I didn't move, and he picked me up, and gently placed me on the chair. Finn reclined the chair, and asked me to open. I kept my mouth closed, not wanting to let Finn in. Suddenly, Finn pinched my nose closed, and I couldn't breathe, so I opened my mouth to breathe, and Finn slipped a mouth prop onto my mouth. I went to take it out of me mouth, but Mitchell grabbed my hands. I started sobbing, and Tyler wiped the tears streaming down my face. "Help!" I screamed out muffled, because there were a pair of hands and a mouth prop in my mouth. I continued sobbing, and Tyler and Mitchell were trying to calm me down, but nothing was working. Finn the slipped the new appliance into my mouth, looking to see how it fit. It was uncomfortable, but it wasn't super bad. Soon enough, Finn took the mouth prop out, and I jumped out of the chair into Tyler's arms. He hugged me, and rocked me back and forth, trying to calm me down. Soon enough, I was only sniffling, and Finn started to talk again. "Cam, the only rules for the retainer are take it out when you play sports and when you are eating." He said. I nodded, and turned back to Finn. Tyler ten stood up, picking me up, and turned to the twins. "We're gonna go now." He said. The twins nodded, and said their goodbyes, and Tyler carried me back out to his car. "There's just a quick stop we have to make before we go to your surprise." He said. I nodded, and Tyler started driving. Soon we pulled up at a skyscraper, and Tyler led me inside. We took the elevator to the 16th floor, and walked down the hallway. He led me into an office, where he started talking to the receptionist at the desk. "Hi, I'm Tyler Sutter, and I'm here to see Anton Lafrenier." Said Tyler. "Do you have an appointment?" She asked him. Appointment? I was confused. Tyler shook his head. "He told me just to drop by, he said he was free." Said Tyler. "He doesn't have any patients right now, so I guess you can go see him. He's in the room at the end of the hall, on the left." She said. Tyler thanked her, and started walking. I followed him. "Who's Anton?" I asked him. "He's a buddy of mine." Replied Tyler. "I was going to see if he wanted to hang out with us." "Oh." I said. Soon enough, we were at the end of the hallway, about to walk into the room where Anton was. Tyler knocked, and Anton said something, and Tyler opened the door. He stepped in the room, and I froze. Inside the room, there was a dental chair, and I was clear that this was an exam room. I started backing away, but Tyler grabbed my arm. "It's okay Cam. We're not here for his job. We're here for Anton the person." He said in a calm voice. I tried to control my breathing, and eventually I calmed down a little. "How are you Ty?" Said Anton, grinning. "I've been good, man. How about you?" Tyler asked Anton. "I've been good." Said Anton. "Who's this?" He asked, looking at me with a curious look on his face. I backed into Tyler, but he stopped me. "This is my little sister, Cam." Said Tyler. "She doesn't like the dentist, which is why she's so quiet." Tyler said, smiling down at me. "That makes sense." Said Anton. Then Anton turned to face me. "Don't think of me as a dentist." He said with an easy going smile. "Just think of me as your brother's best friend." He said. Anton seemed nice enough, if only he wasn't a dentist. "Are we going to go now?" Said Tyler. Anton nodded. "Just let me grab a hoodie, and we can go." He replied. "Where are we going?" I asked Tyler. "It's a surprise." He said, smirking. Then Anton came back into the room, and we left the horrid office, and went down to Tyler's car. We all got in, and he started driving. Soon we pulled up at a roller hockey park, and I grinned. "Excited?" Said Tyler, smirking, and I nodded. We got out of the car, grabbing the stuff that was in the trunk. I grabbed my roller skates and my stick, and the boys grabbed their things. He entered the rink, and there was no one else there. I put on my skates, and started to roll around. It felt amazing, as I hadn't been roller skating in a while. I play hockey, but in the summer, there isn't any ice, so this is what we do. Soon enough, Anton and Ty had their things on, and we started to play. It soon became clear that Anton was amazing at hockey. "Dude! How are you so good?" I asked him. He smirked. "I used to play competitively until I was 18." He said. "Nice." I replied. We started a game where is was Me and Ty against Anton. Ty had the puck, and was driving towards the net, and then he tripped, falling on his face. He groaned, and slowly got back up. "Are, you okay Ty?" I asked him. He nodded. "I don't think so dude." Said Anton, cracking up. "What's wrong?" Asked Ty. "Dude you have blood in your mouth, you're not fine." Said Anton, with a hint of a smile on his face. Ty groaned. "I have the worst luck in the world when it comes to teeth." He said. "Dude, just come with me to the office." Said Anton. "I'm good." He said. Anton sighed. "Ty, you need to get that checked out. If you don't come with me, I'll call the twins." He threatened. Ty groaned. "Fine, I'll go with you, but only because I don't want my older brothers poking around in my mouth." He said. We packed up our stuff, and headed back to the car. We hopped in, and Ty drove back to Anton's office. We got out, and Anton lead us to his office. I tensed up as we entered, but Anton gave me a soft smile. "I'm not going to do anything to you Cam." He said. "We're just here for your clumsy brother." Ty rolled his eyes, and followed Anton to an exam room. I followed, but when I looked up and saw the chair, I panicked. My breathing was shallow, and I curled up in a ball on the floor. Anton pushed Ty into the chair, and knelt down next to me. He wrapped his arms around me, and started to calm me down. He then picked me up, and put me on Ty's lap, and he held on to me. Soon, I was calm enough to stand on my own, and I got off on Ty. I sat on a chair next to Ty, holding his hand. Anton was prepping something in the corner, and I was concentrating on my breathing. Soon enough, Anton turned back around to Ty. "Are you ready to start buddy?"
