Narrator's pov

-

"Don't. Do. It" Jess gritted

"Jess, let go. I'm just handing them their drinks" Daisy said as she stared at the girl confused

Jess's tightened jaw grinded against each other slowly as her eyes met Daisy's. The brunette pierced her brows tighter together as she wondered what was going through the girl's mind

Jess slowly allowed her grip to become loose as she removed her hand from Daisy's wrist

The brunette shrugged and took her steps over towards the table where the truckload of lumberjacks were

She sighed and pulled that bright fake smile onto her face that she had perfected over the years. The men smiled back, especially the curly moustache one who's eyes were still trailing over her body

"Sorry bout that guys, here are your drinks" She smiled sweetly and placed the circular tray on the flat wooden table

"Thank you" A few mumbled

The girl glanced at the man who had ordered to make sure he was satisfied with his purchase. But his eyes were already on hers

"Tell me where you're from" he said

"Who me? I'm from around here" She smiled politely

"Haven't seen you around" He said in a deeper voice, those brown eyes showed a different story

This time, Diasy noticed his eyes trailing over every inch of her body, burning a trail where they left. The girl stood there uncomfortable, afraid to move not because all of the eyes of the men were staring at her but because he had gripped her wrist

There were different intentions in there. The way his lips curled into a smirk. It was unnerving to see the eyes of a snake glaring from a human head, one bereft of love, devoid of conscience

This was a man with something large being held over him, There was love flickering in his eyes, so inappropriate for the setting. He would hesitate until the final moment when he surrendered his soul to lust.

"You got a boyfriend, little girl?" He mumbled, his fingers starting to trail up her arm

"I- uh"

"It's okay, it's just an answer" he smirked with those almost golden butter teeth

"I do-don't" she whispered, almost facepalming afterwards when she realized

The men smirked even wider and Jess rolled her eyes behind the girl, wanting to choke her out for even stating that she was single and alone, making her even more vulnerable for the greasy men

"Well what a shame that is" He chuckled softly, leaning back in his chair as his eyes trailed over the girl's backside

"Daisy!" Jess yelled from the bar, all eyes snapped towards her

"She's busy" someone yelled

"Was I speaking to you? No? Then shut up" she hissed

"What did you just say to me little girl!?" the man hissed as he pushed back his chair, standing to his feet

"Dont! She didn't mean that!" Sissy quickly covered, scared to start a war between the customers

The man glared at Jess but slowly retreated to his chair

But Jess wasn't having any of it. Especially when she noticed that the man was trailing his hands up Daisy's thighs and held her backside

A wicked tornado stirred around within the raven hair girl, tossing and throwing up every single emotion within her while masking it out with the fueling rage that controlled it all
