"Autumn?" The brunette asked as she slowly took a step forward, making sure to keep a distance that the girl was comfortable with
"Mhm?" Autumn hummed before glancing at the girl
"Is there something you want to talk about?" She asked
The raven hair girl nodded before lowering her head, almost as if she was in deep thought about something
"I.. Um.. My parents are on their way up, and I just.. Wanted to ask you if you don't mind.. Being there with me?" Autumn squealed out as fast as she could
The worry in her soul disappeared and a smile took over Kate's entire body before chuckling at the girl standing before her
The girl never failed to amaze her, the way she seemed so intimidating in one second then turn to mush in the next. Autumn was adorable in her eyes and her heart was melting at the thought
"Oh God, you're laughing. Dammit, i-" Autumn groaned before facepalming
"Autumn" Kate chuckled to distract the girl
"It's okay if you don't want to-"
"Autumn" she said once again, stepping closer to the girl
Autumn stepped back until her back was pressed against the door frame with the brunette standing right in front of her yet her mind was still scrambling on what to tell the girl, she hadn't even realized Kate's hands were on her waist
