Hair hygiene-
1. Wash hair three to four times a week, that way it gives time to grow and it will be less oily this way.
2. Condition after every wash. Your hair will be softer and healthier.
3. Get a trim about every four to five months or as needed.
4. Use blue or purple hair shampoo according to your hair color and color you dyed your hair.
5. Chose a brush that goes well with your hair type.
6. Dry hair with towel rather than hair dryer.
7. Use less heat and if you do use heat, buy heat protection.
8. Use caster oil for hair and eyelashes. It will help with length growing and health.
  Teeth and body -
1. Brush twice a day and floss once. Remember to get yearly checkups.
2. Use deodorants that smell fruit and or flowery. Also opt for a strong or less strong powering one according to your sweat.
3. Use baby soap or gentle soaps for body.
4. Body lotion for skin after bath/shower. Do this daily. Your skin will be smooth and smell so innocent and clean.
5. Use mouth wash after meals. Your breathe should always smell good.
6. Find a skin care routine that works for your skin. Wash face with warm water before applying any creams. I use facial brushes with the cream I use to moisturize skin. Wash face with cold water after using your face cleaner.
7. Use face masks/ nose masks/eye masks only three-five times a month. Don't use your unnatural skin care stuff often. They are fun to do with friends or when you go to a spa but this is not your natural skin routine, and it can cause bacteria.
8. Invest in a face brush.
9. Wash makeup off face everyday.
10. Use fruity and unscented face wipes.
11. Wash hands before applying anything to face.
12. Clean makeup brush/sponge after every one to two weeks of use.
13. Clean facial body jewelry. If you have a nose ring, lip piercing, eyebrow piercings, ect clean it every few weeks. It can cause irritation or bacteria if not cleaned. You can invest in special cleaning products for piercings.
14. Use high quality makeup. Don't buy cheap off brands it will break your skin out. Read labels for what's in products.
15. Use sunscreen! Your skin will look healthier and younger. Plus it will thank you later for not burning it if your like me.
16. Use sugar and honey on lips to remove dead skin.

  Vaginal and period health-
1. Change undergarments daily.
2. Change pads/tampons every 3-5 hours.
3. Avoid using hard soaps. Like I said earlier stick with gentle soaps when taking a bath. And use vaginal soap for that area.
4. Practice safe sex.
5. When shaving use thick/sharp razor and use a shaving cream. Opt for vagisal natural smelling shaving and soap.
6. Use vaginal safe bath bombs or bath bubbles. You made also opt for a milk and honey bath with flowers.
7. Keep wipes with you.
Mental/physical health-
1. Read a book/meditate/ take bath&or shower don't use electronics before bed. Give a hour of break of phone/tv/video games before sleeping.
2. Eat fruits and veggies at least 1-3 times a day.
3. Go on a walk/exercise 30-1 hour everyday.
4. Don't eat two hours before bedtime.
5. Drink lots of water.
6. Take vitamins. You can find certain ones for certain things.
7. Get  yearly checkups and go to the doctor if something seems abnormal.
8. Write down your day in a notebook.
9. Sleep 8-10 hours a day. You might need more depending on age and health problems.
10. Surround yourself with kind/positive people.
11. Seek help if you feel depressed, anxious, suicidal, homicidal, manic, ect.
  12. Treat wounds/scars.
13. Read a chapter or two of a book everyday it will help with brain function and help mentally.
14. Your cute as a button remember to rest often when needed.
15. Do ten minute stretches after waking up.
16. Make a self care kit. With bandages, water, medicine, maybe a stuffed animal or blanket, a few snacks, a phone charger/headphones, pads/tampons, a notebook/pencil. You can bring this to school, work, trips or use at home.
