Peyton's pov

Last night was a night.

I woke up to Billie gone but she must have changed my clothes because I wasn't wearing this when I fell asleep.

I went to the bathroom and came back to the room to find a tray of food on the bed.

Thanks, I guess.

I ate and turned on the TV to watch anything on Netflix. I didn't care what I watched but I found myself always watching The Office.

Claire's pov

Flashback

James and I were sitting around in the living room when we heard the knock on the door. James got up to open the door and I shortly followed. It was an old white couple that looked strangely familiar but I couldn't figure out from what.

Flashback Over

Billie's pov

"What is it?".

"Just look. So yesterday the couple that was at the door kinda looked familiar but I just couldn't remember where I saw them before. Until I remembered the picture you drew me before this all happened".

"What about the picture?".

"It's them. Those were the people that". She sounded like she was on the verge of tears I reassured that I was past all of that but still confused.

"So when you first gave me the picture I kinda forgot about it until I saw that couple".

"What about the stupid couple?".

"Well um, Peyton is adopted".
