Placing my journal back into my bag, I caught myself looking out the window again.

"where is this mysterious boy"

That was the only thing that ran through my head and then I finally saw his car pull in at two in the morning. The storm clouds were raging through the sky. But that no longer mattered since he was finally here again. I waited for him to come inside although it took a bit longer than usual. There he was put this time he wasn't alone. My fur baby was right by his side. A rush of excitement came over me as I wrapped my arms around my dog.

After about an hour all the excitement died down. It was just him and I alone in his room. Ryder stayed near the front door as he always did when he was younger. The storm progressed for the worse as time went by. Venturing through the same town Corpse was a resident of it took the power out with it.
"One second'
As the smell of Givenchy cologne faded away in the distance.
I was alone again.
Along with my thoughts and my words.
It was quiet with a faint rustling sound in the distance.
Then the smell of vanilla aroma creeped through the gap between the door and the door frame.
"I couldn't find a flashlight and-"
"It's fine I plan to be awake for a little while anyways" I cut him off and giggled.

Sitting in silence for a little while.
There was no clocks ticking.
As if we were stuck in time.
It was just two individuals who's best interest ran deeper than blood itself.
It didn't matter what paths they went on, they always ended up back to each other.

"I have something to tell you" they both spoke up.
"You first," they said to each other, then started laughing.

"how about we stay at the same time" he mentions.

"I'm moving"
"Will you be my girlfriend- wait what...?"
