Things are slowly starting to feel normal again.

Now that Asher is back, it kinda feels like we can all breathe again.

Plus, it's nice to see that Alyssa is back to her old cheery self and that Jesse is home.

Thanksgiving break came around fucking fast this year.

We have the whole week off and I would like to spend most of it sleeping.

However, when you have a boyfriend whose love language is physical touch, sleeping is the last thing on your mind.

I'm not gonna lie, when Damien and I first started dating I was pretty hesitant.

I've never been in a committed relationship before and I'm fucking terrified of being cheated on.

I saw what my dad's affair did to my mom and siblings and I would never want to put my loved ones through something like that.

But, I'm slowly starting to get used to it and am opening up to him more and more.

And so is he.

Damien and I spend almost every second of every day together and it's not because we're constantly horny...which we are but because we just like each other's company.

"Baby! I need your opinion on something!" Damien calls me from his room.

He told me he wanted to show me something so while he was getting dressed, I went down to his ginormous kitchen and got a bottle of water.

I make my way up to his room and my eyes almost fall out when I see him wearing a tux.

Not a suit, a tux.

I've seen Damien in a suit plenty of times but this...fuck.

"What do you think?" He smirks.

"That I want to take you here and now." I blurt.

He chuckles before grabbing my hand and pulling me against his chest.

I instinctively reach up and help him with his bow tie.

"Why are you wearing a tux?" I ask.

"Because my dad decided he wanted to go all out for Thanksgiving dinner this year so he's inviting over a hundred of his closest friends." He explains.

"Damn, sounds exciting."

"Not really, before dad became mayor my brothers and I would help mom make dinner and we would play board games and watch movies until we had to go to bed." He shrugs.

"That's kinda like what we do. We usually spend thanksgiving with the Phoenixes, Mitchells, and Quinns. But now that almost everyone is in a relationship something tells me we'll have a packed house." I say.

"What would you guys do?" He asks.

"Ate until we couldn't breathe and then go ice skating and get hot cocoa at a cafe we've all been going to since we were kids. It's our tradition."
