File decryption in progress... Our organisation has found a great deal of information, but accessing it is difficult, time consuming and requires special expertise and equipment. Much is protected by randomised codes, some using one time pads, these are virtually impossible to decrypt without the key and corresponding pad. However, the usual weaknesses in protection, the human factor, have been exploited and these have lead us to the data so far. There is much to process and release, meanwhile, events are moving inexorably on, and dangerous news reaches us more and more - this is currently unverified, but, if independent verification is not feasible, our suspicions will nevertheless be communicated. You should prepare for the worst in terms of rapid evacuation, food and water provision and so on; it is vital to have an exit plan...
