Zaid was slouched in his armchair with a Rubik's cube in hand after a successful lunch meeting. His eyes kept darting towards the clock. There was a full afternoon ahead of him until her arrival.

He secretly wished that the management of the low employees were still in his hands. He would have canceled her night shifts so he could be in the same place as her in the day. But he can't side with his heart on this one as it would be suspicious enough because some people are already gossiping about Isabella and him after the stunt he had pulled in front of them. He doesn't want to tarnish her reputation because he knew exactly what loss of honor can make a helpless girl do.

He shivered at the thought of that dreadful night and placed the solved Rubik's cube back on the table, sitting upright.

"Zaid"

Zaynah rushed towards him, crying. He stood at once and wrapped his arms around her trembling body. Seeing his younger sister crying is the one thing Zaid can never bear. He can kill the person who dared to bring tears in her eyes.

"What's wrong?" He whispered, wiping her tears off her cheeks.

But Zaynah didn't give up and kept on expressing a sorrowful tale. Zaid made her sit on his chair and placed both hands on her cheeks steadying her face to make her look at him in the eyes.

"Give me a name."

She stared at him with eyes still covered by a glossy layer of tears waiting to be dropped. Her lips parted and she said, "Ishana."

Everything came on halt as his hands dropped slowly from her cheeks, assessing her face with a judgmental look. The harsh memories hit back like strong waves in a stormy ocean. He couldn't believe hearing her sister accusing a dead girl of her current situation.

"I saw her at the beach, she was unconscious. The way Eijaz looked at her and held her, it was-"

"Ishana is dead so cut your bullshit."

Zaynah stood up abruptly and stepped back. He has never yelled at her before but he also can't accept her accusation. Does she even realize what she was saying?

"I saw her in the arms of my husband. I can never forget her face. She is alive and my husband is having an affair with her Zaid, you have to believe me."

Her voice raise higher and in a fit of anger Zaid grabbed the few files on the table and slammed it on the ground making his sister shrieked with fear. His attention was grabbed by one of the papers that have slided out a file titled employees.

Was Zaynah referring to Isabella?

"You are misunderstanding a lot of things here little sister. First thing the girl you claimed you saw is Isabella. She looks like Ishana but she's not her and I'm pretty sure she is not having an affair with your husband. She isn't that type of girl."

"What?" She asked.

"She was the one who saved you that night of your birthday."

"I can never forget this kind gesture." She said like she didn't mean it at all and crossed her arms beneath her chest. "But what about what I witnessed today. My husband was giving her CPR that looked more like a passionate kiss. The way he touched her-"

"Stop, I don't want to hear another word."

"Why? Because she looks like your dead fiancée."

"ZAYNAH."

"You have to listen Zaid. I won't have that bitch snatch my husband from me."

Zaid crossed the distance and gripped her arms tightly. "Please, don't make me forget that you're my sister," he spoke through gritted teeth.
