TRUE TO HIS words,Haqam was ready to help me,he decided I start seeing a therapist which I kindly rejected but he said it's a must for my mental health being,I couldn't argue much because his mind was already made up and I decided to go with his decision

"We are going to see the doctor today"he said and I nodded

"Okay"I replied and went back inside my room,I took my bathe wearing a black jeans trouser and a dark blue top Haqam bought for me recently,I tied my veil and came out of my room to meet Haqam already ready

"My beautiful arewa"he commented and I laughed

We left the house and my nervousness kicked in,I haven't meet a therapist before and I don't know how it's going to be

"Do we really need to go?"I asked Haqam in a whining voice

"Stop whining Aishah,you will get to love it"he said and I nodded looking through the window as the city pass in a blur

We came down from the car and the woman who is going to be my therapist welcomed us in,she look happy to see me and that calmed my nerves a little

"I will be going to work,take care of yourself"Haqam said in a low soothing voice and kissed me on my head unexpectedly,I smiled tightly at him and he left

"Such an adorable partner you got there"the woman says chuckling while I smiled shortly

"Please sit"she offered me a sit and I sat down "before we start anything my name is Adebayo Bolanle, you can call me Bola and I will love you to feel free with me,I'm here to help you"she said and I nodded smiling

"So pretty woman what's your name?"she asked bringing out a book and a pen

"Suleiman Aishah"I replied

"Can you tell me a little about yourself?"she asked

"I'm Suleiman Aishah like I said earlier,I'm a Muslim and from Zaria Kaduna state,the second born of my family, I will be twenty three soon and married I think"I said and she look at me

"Married I think?"she asked

"I ran away from my husband and we are not legally divorced"I said and she nodded

"Will you love to tell me why you decided to run away from your husband?"she asked

"Well the marriage between us wasn't made out of love,I was eighteen when my dad forced me to marry my husband,we lived in a loveless marriage for two years before things started changing between us and I started developing feelings for him which he returned back,not long after things started working between us he got married to another woman,that woman was the cause of everything I'm going through right now and I don't know it felt like my feelings changed"I said

"Can you tell me the things you went through?"she asked and I nodded blinking a tear away

"I discovered I was pregnant and was happy I'm going to be a mom soon,on my seventh month Halimat who's my husband's second wife discovered I was pregnant of twins and she got angry,I was abducted raped, beaten and gave birth to my children prematurely,I lost the male because of certain damages and I was told the most shocking and devastating news of my life that due to some problems I can't mother a child any longer"I said and broke into tears "I was sad and devastated for months but my only hope was the baby girl I was holding,I felt like if I can't mother a child any longer as far as I have my baby girl with me then I'm alright,things got worst for me doctor,I got into a fight with Halimat and she threw my baby girl away and I lost her too,I lost my source of joy and decided to run away"I said crying badly while the woman only watched me ticking her pen on her book
