The next step you should take in your shifting journey, is listening to subliminals. They are easy to find if you search "shifting realities subliminal" however some may have ulterior motives. Subliminals carry hidden messages, disguised by music or sound that is intended to reach your subconscious. They will include affirmations such as "You will shift to your desired reality" "You will have your desired appearance" "You are capable of shifting instantly" and make the shifting process easier when you make your attempt.

I am no expert on subliminals, but it is recommended that you listen to them a few times throughout the day, it could be as you're cleaning, doing homework, or just relaxing. You can also listen to them as you are attempting to shift, although I personally find it distracting.

I typically go for a subliminal playlist I found on youtube specifically for shifting to Hogwarts.

Some of the subliminals are meant as a manifestation sub, not a shifting one, but they will still help your subconscious become more aware of your desired reality.

Here are two more subliminal I like to use. The top one I listen to before I shift as I update/read through my script or pinterest board, then i play the bottom one while doing methods (I find it's not too distracting and I usually don't notice it at all after a few minutes)

When you attempt to shift it is recommended you meditate before starting your method, I typically use Aletheia's Desired Reality Guided Meditation

Another good option before shifting is a meditation focused on detachment or focus, many people (including myself) find it difficult to detach from this reality and focus on their desired reality, which makes it much more difficult to shift

During your shift you may want to have no sound on, soothing music such as soft piano, subliminals playing in the background, or theta waves to help your concentration.

Play around with it, shifting is different for everyone and what works for someone else may not work for you. If your room is always noisy try theta waves with headphones. If music would be disruptive to you, attempt to shift in silence. Use the outside world, if you hear trains during the night try the train method. If you live in the woods try the path method. There is a method for almost anybody, you just have to find which one works for you specifically.

It is like a game of cat and mouse, you may try one method and shift on your first try, or you may try 20 methods and shift after two months. You have to be patient, you will find what works for you, you just have to keep believing.
