Flashback..
It was just two days after R left him . He was not stable . Later on he got to knew that R was innocent but he didn't trust her. He was completely shattered & broken. He went to R place to make up thing right with her but as soon as he reached she had already left the place & she had already board her flights & was going forever....
A week later in U.S ..( Flashback)
R was talking to her brother & sister in law . While standing she felt dizzy & fell down on floor . Her family got shocked . They called the doctor home for checkup.
