CHAPTER 3 CHANGED TIMES

Just after bondita left Ani sent a letter to bondita.

Bondita,
Maine tumhare Izhar pe vichar kiya tumhara meri aur akarshit hona swabhawik hein . Tumhe hamari shaadi ka sach nahin pata tha isiliye tumhe laga ki apne pati se prem karna dharm hein tumhara . Sach kahun toh tum mujhse kabhi pyar karti hin nahin thi ye sirf tumhara akarshan hein.  Aur mein tumhe kabhi tumhe patni ka hak nahin de sakta maine tumhe sirf apni zimmedari mani hein uss se zyada kuch nahin .Bondita abhi bhi wakt hein wapas aa jao.

Tumhare birristra babu
Aniruddh.

Bondita got the letter.
Bon's POV,
When his letter arrived I felt excited. But when I read his letter I was broken I am not going to cut ties with him. Because if I do so maybe he will blame himself. I will be  in touch with him  and now I am only going to focus on my career and nothing else.

Bondita then sent a letter to Aniruddh.

Birristra babu,
Aap ye mat sochiye ki main aapse naraaz hun isiliye yahan chali aayi. Nahin mein such mein sirf apne career pe focus karna chahti hoon aur iss samaj ke andhvishwas ko khatam karna chahti hun. Umeed hein aap mera saath denge isme. Aur mein aapko chhithi likhti rahungi.

Aapki nahin apni maa ki
Bondita.

Ani's POV,
I got the letter. She has confirmed that she is not angry with me. I was happy that she wanted to bring a change in the society.  Yes I am always with her. I suddenly felt my heart sank when I saw "aapki nahin apni maa ki bondita ". It's true that sumati maa has rights on her but she could have written "aapki aur apni maa ki  bondita ". I thought I rejected bondita's proposal. Will I regret it ? No no ....never Aniruddh what are you thinking ? Bondita is just your responsibility and nothing else.
Then Ramu comes.( Ramu is a worker like bihari.)
Ramu: Malik ye lijiye aapki ☕ coffee . Woh malkin ne kahan tha ki yaad se aapko har roz coffee de ni hein.
Ani: Bondita ne kahan tha ?
Ramu: Ji Malik unhone toh aapki coffee kapde khaane pine ke baare mein mujhe sab kuch acche se samjhaya hein.
Ani: Thik hein jao.
Ramu leaves.
Ani: Bondita nahin badlegi jaate wakt bhi use meri itni phikr hein.
Then he drinks coffee and remembers all the sweet moments he spent with her.

2 years passed like this.
In these 2 years each year Ani sent in all total 4  letters and same by bondita. 2 letters were for wishing birthday and 2 letters for thanking for birthday wishes. In these 2 years bondita has grown very strong and also a famous barrister . Aniruddh is proud of her.

In punjab,
A girl was wearing a light green colour salwar suit with a black robe and some files in her hand. Her hair were open and she was extremely beautiful. Yes , she was none other than bondita Roy Choudhury.
Person: Congratulations for winning your 250th case Barrister bondita.
Bon: Thank you so much barrister Pulkit.
Kiara: Hum thanks se nipat ne waali party nahin hein treat deni padegi aur tera to birthday bhi haina aaj.
Bon: Thike meri maa.

In train,
Ani: Main aa raha hu tumse milne bondita . Aaj pure 2 saal baad tumse milunga aur tumhe personally birthday wish karunga.

During night time,
Bon's POV,

It's my birthday today and he has not sent me any letter . It's unusual but it's okay I don't care anymore . Cheers to you bondita.

Bondita was drinking in her house. It was a government quarter and in all these years she has turned to be a good drinker . She was drinking and reading a romantic novel. She enjoyed her me time .
Suddenly there someone knocked the door. She thought who it might be as Pulkit and Kiara were out of town and will return tomorrow. She got up and opened the door. She was shocked to see the person infront of him . Yes , it was none other than Aniruddh Roy Chowdhury.
Ani's POV,
I saw her  I finally saw her after 2 years. She was wearing a light green colour sleeveless night gown . Her hair open her black orbs puffy cheeks rosy lips and sharp jawline. She was looking different she was not wearing shakapola or bindi or mangalsutra . Yes,but she was wearing her sindoor. She was staring at me in shock.

Ani: Happy Birthday barrister Babu.
Bon: Haan...aa. thank you.
Bon: Aap yaha matlab yahan kaise ?
Ani: Saare sawal yahin karogi andar nahin aane dogi mujhe.
Bon: Haan aaiye na .... Nahin mat aaiye .(As she remembered that she was drinking.)
Ani not listening to her entered forcefully. He was shocked . He saw a wine bottle alongside with a wine glass with half glass of wine in it. I looked at her in shock. She closed the door and went to the dinning table and brought a glass of water for me.
Ani: Tum drink karti ho bondita ?
Bon: Ji barrister babu.
Ani: Kabse? ( In a serious tone)
Bon: Do saal hogaye.
Ani: kyun bondita ? Kya meri wajah se ?
Bon: ( Actually he was the reason she started drinking to forget him but now she drinks for time pass ) Nahin nahin barrister Babu woh toh bus birthday celebration ke liye.
Saying this she gulped the rest of the wine from the glass.
Bon: Would you like to have drink ?
Ani: Nahin nahin.
Bon: Ok.
Then she keeps the wine bottle in the kitchen.
Bon: Aap e dinner kiya hai ?
Ani: Nahin tumne khaa liya kya?
Bon: mera toh aaj dinner ka plan hin nahin tha  woh aaj puri raat peene ka plan tha.
Ani: Huh ! Koi nahin bondita mujhe itni bhuk nahin lagi hein tumhe mere liye khana banane ki zaroorat nahin hein .
But luck was not in favour with him his stomach growled .
Bon: Par mujhe toh bhuk lagi hein aur mein khana banane nahin wali bahar se mangwane wali hun.
Bondita then makes a call.

Bon: Suniye woh mujhe pata hai ki aap bohut thak gaye hein par Gurmeet kaka ne kahan ki woh home delivery nahin kar payenge toh aap unke dukaan se le aayenge unka dhaba yahin paas mein hein waise toh mein chali jaati par mujhe abhi change kar ke jaane ka mann nahin hein. Toh aap chale jayenge pls?🥺
Ani: Haan bondita zaroor.
Then Ani goes and brings dinner.

During dinner time,
Ani: Tum zyadatar yahin se khaana order karti ho kya ?
Bon: Haan matlab jab zyada thak jaati hun tab aur kaka ki regular customer hun toh woh do parathe muft dete hein .
Ani: Do parathe....
And then he laughs.
Bon: Waise aap yahan kaise ?
Ani: Woh mere ek dost ka vivaah hein yahan toh usike liye aur tumse bhi toh milna tha. Abhi yahan kamse kam 2 hafte rehne wala hun.
