Avengers Always Running

Ch. 8 "talk"

                                              Jax POV 

A blinding light woke me up, making me pull the covers over my face, 

"Wakey, Wakey Jax," Wade said 

"Screw you," I mumbled, 

Yeah, I slept on his couch for the past few days, at night I've been tracking down every trace or lead I have, 

"Come on Jax it's not that bad," Wade said 

I slowly sat up, 

"Yeah well I'm not a morning person," I said stretching my arms above my head, 

"Yeah you don't say, so how did last night go?" He said flipping a pancake in a pan, 

"A bust, all those kills and nothing, its like I just dropped out of thin air," I said sighing 

"That is weird," He said 

"Yeah, what's more weird is I can't remember what my life was like before I was in the Red Room, no parents, friends, family, it's all blank," I said 

He turned around, 

"Nothing," He said 

"Nothing," I said shrugging, 

"That's even weirder," He said 

"Tell me about it, and the freaking avengers keep getting on my nerves Every time I think I'm so close they show up," I mumbled as I sat at the bar, 

"Yeah, you should have seen how some of the x- Men got in my way on killing francis," He said 

I chuckled, 

"Bunch of goody two shoes," I mumbled 

"I call them boy bands," He said 

I laughed, 

"Okay that's a good one," I said 

"Thank you," He said 

He set a plate down with pancakes and bacon, 

"Thanks," I said 

                                     Nat POV 

"Unbelievable! your telling me you can't find a teenager!?" Fury said 

"Not just a teenager you do know that?" I said 

"I don't care if she the tooth fairy and has magic pixy dust I want her brought in!" Fury said as he stormed out, 

"Well he's mad," Tony said 

Steve glared at him, 

"Of course he's mad, we've got a teenager who is out there killing people, she's putting you three to shame," Sam said 

"Watch it," I said 

"The crappy part of this entire thing is we were right there last night, and right on her tail, and just like that poof gone," Tony said 

"She is an assassin," Steve said 

Which caused Tony to glare, 

"The real question is where would she go?" Bucky said 

                               Jax POV 

It was late afternoon and I was just causally walking down the street sunglasses on, in casual clothes sipping on a smoothie, 

I sat on the bench reading the paper 

"Shadow strikes again!!" The paper read, 

I smirked, as I was busy reading the article a shadow blocked my light, 

I peek over my sunglasses, 

I see Rogers and Barnes, 

"Boys what can I do you for?" I asked smirking, 

They both looked at me not happy, 

"We can either do this the easy way," Rogers said 

"Or the hard way," Barnes said as he crossed his arms, 

I smirked I have to admit I love this sort of thing, the adrenaline rush and just pissing them off in general is my favorite, 

"So what's it going to be?" Nat said walking towards me, 

I smirked
