You woke up to being shaken awake. It was way too early, the sun not even having been up yet, and you were very confused. Osamu was sleeping peacefully next to you. Who was shaking you?
"Mommy wake up!" Your youngest son was whisper shouting at you.
"What- What's wrong?" Haru, the younger of your twins, was still shaking you.
"Mommy Shiro threw up." You blinked and then it had finally processed what he said. You reached over to shake your husband awake who groaned.
"What?" He sat up, seeing Haru standing at the end of the bed, only barely however since the only light in the room was from the hallway.
"Daddy Shiro threw up and it's everywhere and is he going to be okay?" You had sat up finally, getting out of bed to check on your other son, leaving Haru with Osamu.
"Oh wow it really is everywhere." Sora was curled up in bed, hugging his knees to his chest and sniffling.
"Mommy.." You frowned a bit, you didn't like seeing your kids upset. You had gone over to the bed to pick up Sora, thankfully the puke was all over the floor and not him.
"Its okay honey." You smiled at him and Osamu had stepped into the room holding Haru.
"Oh it is everywhere." You nodded and stared at your husband. He sighed and put Haru down.
"I guess I'll clean it up." Haru had run over to your leg, and you picked him up as well.
"Thanks babe!" Haru looked between you and Osamu.
"That's not babe that's daddy." You giggled.
"Yeah but I call him babe." Haru looked at you confused.
"No. He's daddy and your mommy and that's Sora and I'm Haru." You just stared at him.
"Honey you do know my name isn't mommy right?"
"What." Osamu was trying really hard not to laugh.
"My name is Y/n and daddys name is Osamu." Sora looked up both of the twins stared at eachother before looking between you and Osamu, who had started to clean up the mess.
"Mommy you're funny." You laughed at the twins.
"Okay.. I'm pretty sure they're gonna end up sleeping with us. Im gonna get Sora some medicine and then go to bed okay?"
"Okay princess. I love you." You bent down to give him a kiss.
"I love you too." The twins both made a gagging noise and you giggled.
"Lets get you some medicine and both of you to sleep."
It didn't take long for Sora to fall asleep after you gave him some medicine but Haru took a bit longer. Sora was asleep on your chest, and Haru was laying next to you holding your finger. He looked kind of upset, which worried you.
"What's wrong honey?" Haru looked up at you and sighed.
"Is Sora gonna be okay?" You smiled at Haru.
"I think he'll be just fine. Is that all though?" Haru sighed again.
"Mommy how did you know you liked daddy?" You blinked at the kid.
"Like how did me and daddy get together?" Haru nodded.
"Uncle Rin introduced us." Suna had insisted on being called Uncle instead of their first cousin, he saw you more as a sister anyway.
"Oh. That's it?" You shook your head.
"No theres more to it but I'll tell you tomorrow okay? We should probably go to sleep." Haru nodded.
"Mommy can you tell me a story." Haru was already nodding off but you obliged, telling him some random story.
You had nodded off by the end of it to, having fallen half-asleep. Osamu had walked in to the sight and he smiled. He loved where his life was currently. He had taken over his parents restaurant with you which gave you the time to really be invested in your kids lives. He always knew you'd be a great mom and lived for moments like these where everything was calm and the kids weren't acting like lunatics.
"Are you gonna keep staring at us or come to bed?" Osamu hummed, carefully climbing into bed.
"Sorry you guys just looked cute." You smiled, your eyes closing.
"I love you." Osamu had put his arm over Haru and put a hand on your stomach.
"I love you too." He had closed his eyes and both of you fell asleep.
You loved your life, and your family. It was hectic at times but you loved it and that's what mattered. You wouldn't trade anything for this. You were glad you promised this to Osamu, a life together. You couldn't help but fall asleep with a smile on your face, your whole world in your arms.

A/N: This book is going to be the death of me. I hadn't touched it since 2021 (currently im in 2024) and it was probably cringier than any other story I've read.
