It's been four months since me and Kol left Mystic Falls, 

We traveled to Chicago, then New York, Seattle, Tennessee, Right now were in New Orleans, 

It's been fun, getting my mind off of all the troubles with my sister, Nik, everything, 

We've been partying a lot, and it's been the time of my life, I never got to have fun, it was always be home before dark, don't fight, don't go to any parties, 

It was all because I was the youngest, 

But being with Kol has been fun, 

Going to clubs, drinking, but not too much, since Kol says I'm a lightweight, 

I still talk to Damon and Stefan every night, 

I call, Elijah, Rebekah and Jerr every day, 

I just don't have the heart to call Elena right now, I know she's becoming a vampire, and I know I don't want to talk to her, 

Kol has been my rock through all of this, when I feel like going into a downward spiral he pulls me back, just like friends are supposed to do, 

He makes sure I drink a little bit of his blood every night just in case, he says he doesn't want to lose me, 

We were walking down the street as I was thinking about everything that's happened, 

"Bunny?" He asked 

I looked at him, he was giving me that what are you thinking look, 

"Yeah," I said 

"Your thinking again," He said tapping my temple 

"Well yeah, how could I not," I said 

He chuckled, 

He draped an arm around my shoulders, 

"Come on lets get your mind off of it," He said 

So one drink turned into two then five then eight, 

I was swaying, 

Until my phone rang, it said Nik, 

I glared, 

I walked out while Kol was busy, 

"Whoever this is, this isn't funny," I slurred, 

"Oh not happy to hear from me little bird" I hear 

Only one person calls me that, 

Tears started welling up in my eyes, 

"He's dead and frankly I don't find this at all funny," I said 

"Now little bird you don't think I'm that easy to kill now do you," He said 

"He's dead! And I don't appreciate you calling!" I said 

"Don't call this number again," I said and hung up

                                    Klaus POV 

"Oh little bird..." I said shaking my head, 

Elijah walked in, 

"I told you Niklaus Little Dove fell into a bad place when she thought you died, that's why she left," Elijah said 

"Where are they?" I asked 

"Last I heard New Orleans," Elijah said 

"Then I guess that's where I'm going, I need to make this right, by the sounds of it she's not her self," I said 

"We're going with," Rebekah said 

I arched my brow, 

"Oh don't act like your the only one who cares for her Nik," Rebekah said 

I nodded

"Inform Kol," I said 

Elijah nodded 

He picked up his phone and walked out of the room, 

"You know she's going to feel betrayed that you faked your death," Rebekah said 

"She'll get over it, I've known little bird for quite some time now, and spent a lot of time with her, she's not one to hold grudges especially to those she cares about," I said 

Elijah walked back in, 

"He said he's going to meet us at a famous bar in the french quarter," Elijah said 

I nodded, 

"Lets go get our best girl back," I said with a smirk
