This day couldn't be much worse than it was.

Adriana awoke 2 hours later than she should have, causing her to miss a very crucial meeting at work; then, when jogging her daily 5km, she tripped over some pizza on the running route and broke her arm. Then, as she was using her phone to contact someone to come aid her, her battery died, forcing her to walk all the way 2.5 kilometers home. 

It started raining just when she felt things couldn't get much worse than they were. Adriana began rushing back home as she discovered she was nearing her house. She dashed towards the front door, happy that it was open because she was not in the mood to take her keys and unlock them herself. She dashed inside, looking for a charger so she could plug in her phone and call her father, who happened to be in Milan for the Italian national team's training session at the San Siro stadium. 

Her father is the renowned Italian defender Paolo Maldini, as you may know. A former player for AC Milan and the Italian national team. Adriana aspired to follow in her father's footsteps and become a football player herself, and after months of trying, she was discovered by the A.C. Milan Women's Team. She was overjoyed that she had been able to fulfill her ambition of becoming a football player, Something she's always wanted to do. Adriana has been the top scorer in the Women's Serie A and has won the League and the Women's Champions League with them. However, because she broke her arm, she may not be able to start the season in August and may have to wait until September to resume playing. 

Adriana hoped that her hand would heal properly and that she would be ready to begin the season on schedule in August. Her phone opened while she was thinking, so she hurriedly phoned her father to inform him what had occurred." Ciao papà," she murmured as he picked up the phone. He said, "Ciao Adriana." I think I fractured my arm," she added, hearing a gasp on the other end of the phone line." WHAT HAPPENED, ADRIANA?" He shouted as I told him what had occurred." Adriana stupida ragazza," he continued, adding that he would come to pick me up and take me to the AC Milan Doctor since he had to attend the training session. 

Even though she visits the San Siro Stadium on a regular basis, she couldn't help but be impressed by how lovely it looked when they arrived.

Adriana's father stated that as they went towards the doctor's office, he would leave her there and check on the boys before returning to check on her. When Adriana approached the Doctor's office, she noticed one of the players sleeping down on one of the Patient beds.

The doctor recognized Adriana right away and went to check on her. She told him what had occurred, and he led her to the other patient bed, which was next to one of the players. The doctor said he'd go fetch the X-RAY machine and she should stay in the room for a few minutes.
