Madeline and James managed to give their baby to a trusted friend and asked her to leave her on the doorstep of a witch named Bonnie Bennet. They said their goodbyes to their baby and left a letter and a necklace for her. Ever since that day, Bonnie Bennet raised the girl with Lorenzo St John. She had the support of her friends and family who all felt pure sympathy for the poor baby and vowed to keep her safe from any danger. Unfortunately, Madeline and James passed away after killing as many people as possible who were after their child.

Stephanie Salvatore is a now a witch and traveller who studies at Salvatore Boarding School. She got her abilities from her ancestor since apparently, the doppelganger cannot be a witch or any other supernatural creature except a vampire.

Elena Gilbert-Salvatore and Damon Salvatore After Silas passed away, he gave him and Stefan the ability to have kids with any supernatural creature. Damon and Elena were happy with this new ability as they were now able to have a future with kids. Elena is now a surgeon at Mystic Falls Hospital whereas Damon has opened a few of his own restaurants that he manages. He also currently owns the Grill as he bought it off the owner when it was supposedly shutting down.

She raises them with Alaric as they coparent. She currently travels around the world and meets different covens if there is a way to stop the merge of the twin. She is also the co-owner of Salvatore Boarding School.
