The trust that I had was all I could give,

Although it was little, it's just how I lived.

And when you broke the bond that we had formed,

My trust went away, and the whole world mourned.

I gave you my heart in the palm of your hand,

And you took it and crushed it, just like it was sand.

Then you walked away with a grin on your face,

I wish I could finally put you in your place.

But you run free, with the wind on your back,

You avoid people, it's kind of your knack.

Giving the cold shoulder is also your thing,

And hurting and back-stabbing, wow.

What other troubles will you bring?
