I feel like I am screaming so silently

I feel like I am dying so subtly

I feel like I am smiling convincingly

I feel like I am reaching my hand out for help but no one sees me

I feel like I am suffocating so silently

I feel like I am going to drown, and when I do, that too will be silent

But in truth,

I don't know what to do
