Sliding in your DM's,

Making me blush with just one message.

I say, "Look at me,"

And you say, "It's hard not to..."

And the day after,

You flirt with another girl,

Blushing,

Laughing,

Getting too close.

And before,

When I thought I was lucky,

With your message,

Now I'm having second thoughts.

You send me through a roller coaster

Of emotions.

My heart leaps when I see you,

But it sinks down to my feet,

When you flirt with your side girl.

No more feeling second best.

When you lock me in a corner,

Laughing the day away,

Making me feel like the only girl in the world,

That you need,

That you want.

You say you need time,

And I'll give you the world.

But I'm still on a roller coaster,

Waiting for you to make

A decision.

Her or me.

Maybe you deserve her.

Maybe she deserves you.

Maybe I'm not good enough.

Maybe I try too hard.

Maybe she doesn't want you enough.

But whoever you choose,

I'll still feel lucky that I ever got to know you,

And ever got to experience

Your love.
