What is it like to be popular?

What is it like to not be self-conscious?

What is it like to be loved by everyone?

What is it like to feel like you are pretty?

What is it like to have everyone say you are pretty?

I was almost popular.

I was almost not self-conscious.

I was almost loved by everyone.

I was almost thinking I was pretty.

I was almost having everyone say I am pretty.

But almost was not good enough.

And now I don't have any of it.

Was I Too Selfish?
