Far upon a hill
Where no one resides,
Lies a house.
Abandoned,
Broken,
Lost,
In a sea of other abodes.
Drifting away,
Like an old piece of junk,
Just waiting to be taken.
Much of it cannot be seen
With the human eye.
It's what's on the inside
That is obscured
By what's fake on the outside.
Just a house,
Lost on a hill.
