Chapter 14: Remembering old times

Tamar pov
So I have been staying at my new condo but I'm not going to lie I miss Kandi silly self but we aren't on speaking terms because of things that were done.
I caught her with Tamika Scott and I don't know how I'm going to go about it but she's on the show today so imma be professional.
I'm at the gate and I see Toni behind me and I feel like she is a physic because she's never on time but I head to my dressing room to get ready but in reality I want to cry but I'm stronger than that and Imma prove that I'm not affected by this incident  at all.

So when we took our break after talking with Toni I  had to tell her what was bothering me because she kept hugging me and tugging on my romper it it was already short enough but I know Toni is going to ask around and I don't want them to know so I saw her talking to Tiny but I didn't want to sound rude or anything
Tay: excuse me can I see my sister for a moment
Tiny: sure you can

I dragged her to my dressing room and told her what happened and why I'm having a  hard time today especially when we mention that we have xscape here.
Toni: she's a human you didn't expect her just wait around for you this whole time without doing nothing
Tay: should I pretend to be sick so I can go home
Toni: no your gonna go do that interview like a pro and not worry about her ok?
Tay: ok I will do it for you and Logan beans

So I left my dressing room and headed to the stage by myself to introduce them ugh why is my job so difficult on me

Tay: please welcome to the stage Xscape  ladies and gentleman
We got up and hugged them all and I kept on my poker face so no one could she I was hurting

Loni: we was wondering when is the new music is coming
Kandi: it's coming very soon but we will still be on tour when it drops so stay tuned
Tay: how does it feel to be back together and doing what yall do best
Tamika: I feel like everyone was waiting on this moment And it feels amazing
Tamera: that's amazing to here but are yall bumping heads or is everything going smoothly
Xscape:  everything is going smoothly
Jeannie: is there some secrets to share
Latocha: there would be any point of tell in because it's a secret
Kandi: Exactly
Adrienne: that's all the time we have for you guys today on the Real

Once we were done I was trying to make it out of there but of course I get stopped by Tamera
Tam: you wanna take a picture with me and Kandi
Tay: no thanks I needs some water for my throat
As if on cue Toni calls and I don't have a  choice but to answer
Tay: hello
Toni: girl if you don't get out of there hell is gonna break loose
Tamar: what are you talking about?
Toni: I will tell you once we get out of here but don't take any pictures with Kandi or it's going to start something
Tay: imma be petty and do it anyway
Toni: that's the Tamar I know

I hopped in the picture and I can tell I was being watched but I didn't care at this moment and time  obviously I ticked someone off but I fixed Kandi's dress and I left I felt Tamika Scott staring me down but I gave zero fucks a that point in time maybe next time probably not.
I made it home safely and I made a post on Instagram of my outfit and a lot of people loved it even Kandi's  crazy self but I noticed my friend Kiki aka Kierra Sheard wanted to hang out so why not enjoy this single life so I DMed her my number and she called
Tay: hello
Kiki: Is this Tamar Braxton?
Tay: yes it is hunnnny
Kiki: had to make sure people be scamming nowadays
Tay: girl ain't that the truth but do you wanna go out tonight
Kiki: sure but are you gonna bring other people or no
Tay: just me and you hunny so I'll see you in 3 hours ok
Kiki: alright see you then

Kierra's pov
Now I know yall a wondering when did me and Tamar became friends she came and visited California worship center  and we clicked from there on in but once we started catching feelings we just split because of our religious parents but im glad she's doing good and looking good.
When I got prepared I was approached by my side piece koryn I know she wants to know where I'm going but that's no of her business we are not together
Koryn: so you just gonna up and leave me
Kiki: yes my friend needs to turn up without the stress
Koryn: can I come
Kiki: no go home I'm a big girl I know how
to make it to and from
Koryn: mhmmm sure whatever

I swear she doesn't understand what a side piece mean half the time but I'm in the wrong for being mad at how she be acting like really.

At the club

So im sitting at the bar waiting for Tamar to get here she is always late to everything but I wanna get down to what was wrong with her on the show to day because she looked upset when xscape was on there.
Tay: HEY KIKI
Kiki: hey Tamar how are you
Tay: I'm fine just ready to finalize my divorce Chile
Kiki: oh yea I heard about that but let's talk about the show you're doing called the real
Tay: what about it
Kiki: ok today you seemed a bit upset on the episode
Tay: no I wasn't * looks around the club*
Kiki: you can't even look me in my eye and tell the truth but ok

I had to drop the conversation because I don't want her to up and leave me and not talk to me because I kept being all up in her personal business so imma wait for her to change the subject as usual.

Tay: how you been I know it's been what 6 or 7years since our supposed break up
Kiki: this year makes 7 years in October
Tay: damn
Kiki: yea but it was a mutual understanding so there's no hard feelings towards you im just glad we are able to hang out more now

I realized Tamar facial expression changed when she noticed something and I saw her looking at the one and only Kandi and knew what I needed to know she has feelings for her but I don't want to think about it anymore but I grew  more confused by the minute suddenly I got a strange out come when Tamika Scott looked our way then kissed Kandi I knew more than I should have known but it's ok imma get her to think about something else
Kiki: so how are your sisters?
Tay: I only talk to Toni but they are ok
Kiki: come on don't let them dim your shine because you will always be that wonderful, kind hearted person I know

I know she was greatly appreciating the words but she kept focusing on them so I had to hold her attention long enough to get her out of there.
