The Successors {Dark fall}

The Training and The Check-up

~~With Cale~~

When he got to the training ground he sees Deus leaning on a wall with his clothes having some cuts waiting for him.

When Deus noticed that Cale finally arrived he frowned

"your finally here! do you know how late you are!?"  Deus yelled

"I am only late for like 1 to 3 minutes" Cale answered causing Deus to glare

"whatever don't think ill go easy on you today" Deus said as electricity  came out of his hand

"never expected it to be" Cale said as he prepared for the impact

~~With Cain~~

When he got to the examination room he sees Mephisto fixing the tools

Cain took a seat knowing that Mephisto already noticed his presence 

Mephisto walked towards him with a glass of water and an injection in hand

"so how was the training?" Mephisto asks as he gave Cain the glass of water

"it was same as usual" Cain answered as he took the glass of water and drank it

"though I seem to be improving seeing as I was able to make cuts on his clothes" Cain continued making Mephisto's smile widen

"hoh?~ is that so? good job" Mephisto said as he sticks the needle of the injection in Cain's arm to his veins taking a sample of his blood.

~~With Cale~~

The young gray haired child now found kneeling on the floor panting catching his breath, blood dripping down from different sources of injuries.

"Weak" A voice filled with satisfaction and mockery said

He grabbed on the kids hand and electricity came out of the hand electrocuting him.

"AHHHHHHHH!" the kid yelled in despair tears forming.

"I believe that's enough Deus" A calm like voice said stopping Deus

"tch" Deus clicked his tongue before letting  go of Cale who then fell to the the ground.

Nergal walked over to Cale and picked him up in his arms

Cale snuggled in Nergal's arms causing Nergal to tense up

Nergal turned around from Deus with Cale in his arms

"clean this mess up" Nergal said to Deus before proceeding to walk away.

Nergal walked towards the examination room with Cale in his arms where Mephisto and Cain were staying.

Nergal walked in alerting Mephisto and Cain with his presence

"Oh dear what happened?" Mephisto asked as he went to check on Cale, Cain who was reading his book stopped and placed it down to check on his brother

"Deus" Nergal said receiving a chuckle from Mephisto

"not surprising" Mephisto said as he treated Cale's wounds in a bed.

"I will be leaving this to you then" Nergal said before walking out disappearing from their sight

"Cain could you grab me that herb" Mephisto asked earning a nod from Cain

Cain went to grab the herb and gave it to Mephisto.

Mephisto grabbed it and placed it in a mortar and pestle crushing it

Cain watches closely on the how Mephisto made a medicine for the wounds and how Mephisto placed it on the wounds and wrapped it on bandages to avoid any infections.

"will he be ok?" Cain asked

"of course he will" Mephisto answered

Cain yawns earning a chuckle from Mephisto

"go take a rest, its important for you to grow" Mephisto said as he gently picked up Cain

Cain said a quiet 'ok' as he was placed beside his twin

Mephisto closes the lights and wished them sweet dreams before leaving the room. 

Cain carefully wrapped his arms around Cale avoiding his injuries and went to sleep.
