771.Another DNA Test?

Jingyuan did not expose her lies. "What a coincidence. Right after you gave Auntie Qiu the money, she was killed in a car accident by Wang Xun. I'm sure you know of Wang Xun, don't you? He is the killer you hired. And Ah Cai, the woman you hired to impersonate as the Bai family's gardener in order to trick Lisa into leaving the house so that Wang Xun could kill her in the guise of a car accident. I'm sure you never expected to be seen through, and for Wang Xun's car to hit Ah Cai instead."

Nancy was overwhelmed with shock. On the surface, however, she maintained an innocent expression. "Grandfather, I don't understand what you are trying to say!"

His sharp, wise gaze landed on Nancy. "Meanwhile, you brought your father's and 'your' hair to me and requested for a DNA test to be done. Based on the result, you were proven to be the Brushweiler Group's only successor. Clearly, your 'father's' hair had been taken from Marco by Nurse Liang Chen. As for 'your hair', Auntie Qiu had obtained them by searching through the trash bin for Lisa's hair while she had been working at the Fang home as a servant. It's no wonder that you were able to succeed with the DNA test ploy. However, you must not have expected Auntie Qiu to realise the way you became the Brushweiler family's granddaughter, and to threaten you for money. Thus, you murdered her to silence her."

Mingyu and Huang Zhishu were both deeply astonished. It turned out that Jingyuan already knew that Lisa was his actual granddaughter. He even knew of all of the schemes hidden during this time!

It seemed... Nancy was truly doomed this time.

Nancy also did not expect Jingyuan to know so much. Despite this, she harrumphed coldly. "Grandfather, Auntie Qiu and Liang Chen are both dead. No matter how you slander me, you don't have any evidence behind these claims. How did you find out about these matters? Did Lisa tell you about them?"
