"Detective Rowe, I have a case for you" The Detective chief superintendent spoke as I sat down in the chair across from her. "God, I couldn't even get a hey Detective Rowe, how are you." I mumbled sarcastically making her chuckle and clasp her hands together.
"Hey Detective Rowe, how are you?" She responded back, mocking my tone. "Oh you know... all is well, you?" I responded making her nod, "Yeah? Well same. Now onto this case," She spoke reaching into one of the mini drawers made into her desk, pulling out a large folder.
I huffed dramatically. "So, for starters. You're going undercover." She spoke making me scrunch my face up, "As what? Or who?" I asked beginning to grow a bit interested, I loved going undercover even though it really wasn't my job.
"As a police officer." she spoke making me chuckle "Yayy, Officer Rowe," I cheered sarcastically waving my arms a bit, she chuckled as well shaking her head. "Here, look over this. And report back to my office in the morning, there we'll go over the plans before you're off to start." She told me and I nodded standing up from the chair.
