as i told to simram that i was coming. soon i got ready and left for delhi with my family.it took around 1 hour 20 minutes and we landed. we straight went to dev's house as engagement was going to start in less that 2 hours. we were welcomed y dev and then he took us to show the room and told the engagement timing. after showing everyone their room me and dev were walking through the hall way talking about our business and rivas. when suddenly my foot got stuck and my felt was about to stop.i heard the same voice.there was a room whose door was slightly open and when we entered i saw simran with her friends and dev's mom ad aunt. 

simran was looking nice but my eyes instantly got stuck on that one girl who was giggling and who was fixing siram's legenga.it was her .(legenga is a tratitonal dress).

we moved a little it inside the room when everyone looked at me and Dev. But she kept on fixing simran's lehenga . when simran ran and hugged me she turned around and i am not gonna lie she has the most beautiful blue eyes. the eyes that hold innocence. she was looking at me and my eyeswere stucked on her. this was the first time in my life i have made eye contact with someone and i  swear i didn't want to break it. suddenly simram mom came and tried to make us go out of room telling that girls were getting ready.  then she suddenly moved her eyes to another side and we were forced to move out.

in my mind i was thinking she needs to get ready? she was already looking like an Angel.My Angel. she was looking so gorgeous why does she need to get ready more.she looked so elegant in her dress.her eyes were breath taking.Then i remember she looked away breaking eye contact.

why did she do it?

did she think i am some kind of freak?

Not my fault she was looking like heaven.how can i not look at her?

then dev showed me my room and i went to change.

ishika's pov;

we went to simran's house as she called us early and asked us to get ready with her.we agreed and went.we got ready first and decided to give our full time to our bride. i was wearing silver color sari with silver bangles and little makeup.

i do not like to waste much time in getting ready so i got ready within 20 minute then we were helping simran to get ready and i saw simran being so happy that her bhaisa was coming. she further told that her bhaisa never attends any functions and love his work. As i was fixing her lehenga i felt someone looking at me and then i saw dev bhaiya with some man entering the room. Simran was thrilled and then she jumped and hugged him. Then suddenly my blue eyes met his green eyes. BLUE AGAINST GREEN.he was the most handsome man i have ever seen. he was wearing a back suit hugging his body and i must say he has got the most beautiful eyes his eyes were calm it was like i just can't get over staring at it.Then suddenly simran's  mom asked the them to move put. And at this moment i reallised that i was looking at his eyes the whole time. i felt embarassed and turn to other side. And when i turned back they were gone. 

i couldn't stop thinking about him.

 Was he thinking that i am some kind of creep for looking at him in that way?

did he think that i am rude for turning my face in other direction 

soon it was time to take simran to the stage and start the engagement. 

after hours and hours the function was over and we decided to go back.
