Ughh! Everything hurts! Especially my hands and legs! Why?! What happen-oh. Yeah. I remember now. I was being chased and at some point I fell. The person who was chasing after me caught me, but then I was saved by....a man?

I open my eyes and look around. I'm in a hospital room. The walls are white. The floor is white. The bed and blanket are white. And my clo-gown is white. I look over at the door as it opens, and it reveals the man that saved me! I practically jump right out of the bed to bow and thank him, but before I can he hurridly makes me lay back down as to not injure myself further. After he does that and makes sure I'm okay I give him my thanks for saving me.

"It's fine," he replies with a sigh. "It's my job."

"Your job?"

"Yeah. My job. I'm a police officer."

"Oh. I see."

And now it's quite. I'm a little uncomfortable, so I decide to break the silence with a question. "Umm...what's your name?" He looks back over at me from his phone and replies with, "Daisuke. What's yours?" "Oh! It's.....um. I-I can't remember. " I look up at him with panic as I say that, and he gives me a sympathetic look.

"Do you remember where your from?" I think for a moment then shake my head no. He sighs then announces,"It seems you have amnesia." My eyes widen slightly at his statement and I start panicking internally.

Oh God no! How did this happen?

"Will I ever remember my life?"

"In time. There will most likely be things that'll trigger your memory."

I'm still unsure, but I still say okay.

~~time skip~~

It's been a month since I was saved by Daisuke. (Sorry for the big skip, but it's necessary.) And he's helped me a lot hasn't he? He's let me stay at his place and sleep in the guest room, eat there, he's even bought clothes and other necessities for me. He's a big help and a good guy.

I let out a happy sigh as I rinse the last dish. I then dry it and put it away. After drying my hands off, I go into the living room and sit down on the navy blue couch.

He said he was going to take me out to eat today after he finishes work. Sounds fun. I wonder where we're going though.

The door opens as I finish that thought and Daisuke walks in with his police uniform on, his bag swung over one shoulder and his keys in his right hand, and his long black hair is tied into a ponytail as his bangs cover his right eye allowing only one green eye to be seen.

"Hey. I'm gonna take a shower then we'll go out to eat. Is that okay?"

"Yes. It's fine."

He gives me a smile then goes into his bedroom, down the hall.

I also like that he's considerate.

I sit there for a few more moments and I then hear the water turn on signaling that he's gotten in the shower. I listen to the water running for a while longer then go into the kitchen to get a glass of water. As I'm doing that I get this feeling. Almost like my soul is being tugged on by this invisible force.

What the freak? What is this? I have a feeling like......I should go outside. Should I?

I know that I shouldn't, but I can't help myself. I'm curious. That's just the way I am. So I open up the sliding door and step outside. The feeling's stronger. I look around, but see nothing. I close the door then decide to walk further. It's getting stronger with each step I take.

I want to know what it is, but if it's bad I know I'm gonna regret this.

I sigh and keep walking. As I get closer to the edge of the woods the feeling has already taken over all my senses. I feel it everywhere in my being. Almost like an alarm. As I move aside a bush my eyes meet two different eye colors. One is blood red and the other is brilliant purple. My breath gets stuck in my throat as I realize.......It's a demon and...........I'm an angel.
