I was requested a lot for this text style and its quite simple, you just need to follow few steps and if you know photoshop for more than 2 months this will be really easy.
So first you want to rasterize the font layers:

then filter -> blur -> Gaussian blur

And you can apply the following settings if you want you can play with the setting too.

Press okay and you are done. Please know that you can't change the font after that because the layer is locked something.
