Step 1: open your Photoshop or if you have a cover ready without text then open that. this is just a random cover I made it in few seconds lol.

Step 3: 'Rasterize type' the text. If you don't know how to do that then go back to the foggy text style where I have shown how to do that.

Step 4: After you have rasterized your layer, click filter on the top toolbar and then blur and then motion blur. Like shown below....

Step 5: Now here you have two choices. The first choice is that if you want the style to be horizontal or else vertical. I usually go for horizontal but it should depend on the cover. Try out both and see which is better.

Step 6: This is for the horizontal one. The setting are, angle= 0 and Distance=71. The distance can be anything you want.

Step 7: For the vertical one these are the following settings,angle=90 and distance=130
