Respect for the one who stated this quote. Everyone goes through this phase sometime or the other.
At times you feel it's better to fake a smile rather then share your story. The other times, you feel like you are bugging them constantly with your problems. That won't ever be true if the person really cares for you. But the most important thing to remember then is that there are people who love you and care about you. And when you will be comfortable enough to tell them I assure you they will be there for you :)
