Alyson POV

I see him, across the hall laughing with his friends. Those dreaming hazel brown eyes of his that pulls you in without even knowing. His beautiful dark brown hair that shines so bright it doesn't even look brown.

"Earth to Aly!" I hear my friend say. Waving her hand in front of my face. I jump up startled .

"Oh sorry" I say grabbing my books from my locker.

"Day dreaming again?" she says turning to looking at Jason and back at me.

Jason Parker is the most popular boy in school & is captain of the soccer team which makes him even more attractive. Did I say he's HOT I don't think I did, he is smoking hot.

Now we're seniors at Jones High School. We've never really talked. I know what you're thinking, how could you like someone without even talking to them? I don't know I guess it's called a one-sided love that really really sucks ass.

"No" I say feeling my cheeks blush. Before Jenna notices I turn to look another way.

"Uh-huh then why are you blushing?" she says as she walks in front of me and looks me dead in the eye.

"Tomato" she says. I roll my eyes and see that Jason turned around and smirked at me.

"Jenna! " I say slamming my locker shut when i grabbed my books. "He heard what you said ! You know I hate when people say that out loud especially when HE is around !"

"I know! I know it's just that you know he's a player and I don't want my baby girl getting hurt" she sighs. Jenna and I have been friends for almost two years. She cares about me as much as I care about her. She's like the sister I never had.

She has long brown hair with highlights that goes down to her waist, dark brown eyes. She has guys all over her unlike me I'm just I sloppy mess. I have short dark brown hair that really is crappy and have no time in making it look good but it's decent if I may say so myself.

"He might change" I insist. Deep down I know this is just bullshit because for the past 4 years he has been fucking around with every girl , literally.

We walk down the hallway which is not fun because the hallways get full and when I mean full I do really mean FULL so full that people step on my shoe laces and that really bothers the fuck outta me.

"Ok yeah make yourself think that" she says as i drop her off to her class.

"Thanks" I say then I walk to my class which by the way I have Jason for that class.

I have Jason for my next class, it's math and I'm barely passing that class. I know that most people say I'm a 'nerd' because I'm passing all my classes. To me math is hard even though I'm a, what they call, 'nerd'.

I get to class and see that people are sitting in different places than usual. I look at the board, there's a seating chart. I look for my name and I can't believe what I'm seeing. I. ALYSON. AM. SITTING. NEXT. TO. JASON. PARKER. I can barely breath. I think I forgot how to breath. Wait never mind, I thought to myself. I quickly go to my seat which felt like I was walking marathon. I get a book and pretend like I'm reading. Aly calm down it's going be okay at least your sitting at the back of the class next to the window, that will distract you, I thought. JUST BREATH, I scream to myself. The tardy bell rang and just after that I feel a tap on my shoulder, I slowly put my book down and look at the beautiful creature in the whole world sitting next to me. What did I just say?

"Do you have a pencil I can borrow?" Jason asks with that cute smirk he makes. I feel like I'm going to explode by the whole butterflies flying in my stomach.

"Uh-y-yes" I reply, I can still see Jason looking at me. Then I realized that I've been staring at him for a while now which doesn't seem awkward at all.

"Um sorry" I say, I quickly unzip my backpack and take a pencil out & handed it over to Jason.

"Thanks" he says.

"Thanks" I say, not long after I realized what I just said.

"I meant to say your welcome" I quickly add. Jason looked at me then he smirked and turned his attention back to the teacher that was starting class.

He smiled at me.
