*SORRY FOR GRAMMAR AND SPELLING MISTAKES.

They both fell into a comfortable silence as Colton started the engine.

Angel was just staring out the windshield when she felt a warm, big hands covered her thigh.

Warmth immediately crept up to her cheeks. She felt uncomfortable but at the same time, she...liked it. But--- a stranger's still a stranger, so she tried pushing his hand off. Keyword here being tried.

Colton took a quick glance at her flushed face then he looked down where he saw his hands covering her milky, white pale thigh.

Such a big contrast to his dark tan complexion.

He then felt a grip on his hand, his Angel was trying to remove his hand from her thigh but ended up being a failed attempts because Colton just tightened his grip even more.

At last, she let out a huff and leaned back against her seat, crossing her arms.

"Why'd you do that?"

Could she be any adorable?

He smirked, feeling amused. Angel looked at him for a quick second before narrowing her eyes, "Why are you smirking?"

Colton replaced his smirk with a small grin, liking this side of hers. "Nothing babygirl."

In response, she scrunched up her nose in annoyance before turning her head away but not before giving him a playful roll of her eyes.

Chuckling, he mumbled under his breath, "You're just too damn cute to be true."

Angel thought she had heard him saying something so she paid her attention to him and asked, "What was that?"

"I said, you're just too damn cute to be true, my sweet Angel."

With that being said, Angel immediately blushed, turning back into her shy, quiet self when around him.

Letting out a laugh at her adorableness, he focused back on the road, the small grin never leaving his face.

He swore, when was the last time he had ever smile or laugh that much around a person. Probably never. He always had been a man with a stone-cold heart but now his Angel was changing him, without her even knowing it and he f*cking love every moment of it.

Because she was worth the change. Only her. He barely even smile around his family.

With her rosy cheeks flaming through the entire ride, and his lips curved up into a small smile, they both drove along the beautiful night with a comfortable silence hanging in the air.
