[[Jerks and Old Enemies]]

The last time I walked these halls I had been almost fourteen. Two years and somehow I can still remember my way around like I had been here just yesterday. The halls were the same, the classrooms, everything was exactly how I remembered it.

"Well, look who decided to grace us with her presents once again." I did say everything stayed the same right? I sighed and my shoulders slumped. I knew that sarcastic voice anywhere and honestly it was really annoying. Her voice was just so high and irritating, I was actually planning on running in the other direction but that would be giving her the upper hand.

"Olivia. How lovely to see you, you haven't changed a bit." I said with just as much sarcasm dripping of my voice. I faked my best smile at her and she glared at me with narrowed eyes. Yeah, Olivia hadn't changed one bit.

That glare she was using on me was her signature look. I swear her face is just stuck that way. I'll admit, she was pretty but her personality sucked. Her dark, shiny, brown hair cascaded down her back in waves and her brown eyes looked me up and down.

Tina and Kat had picked out my outfit, sure it was nice but compared to her clothes I might as well be wearing a bin bag. Ok, don't let her know your thinking this, you need to stand up for yourself for once! You won't live your school years here like you did when you were fourteen. A voice in my head commanded me and I happily obeyed.

"Where are your two side kicks? Already in class?" I rolled my eyes. Kat had left with Tina to go find her something to wear for sports, her first class. I didn't understand why, it was the first day back, she didn't know it was her first class. It wouldn't be her fault.

"Wow, two years and you don't have any better come backs? What, are we back in the seventh year?" I laughed and turned around heading towards my locker. I heard her gasp behind me which made me smirk even more, oh, yeah, say hello to the Sophie bitch.

"You better watch your back Sophie! This is my school, consider this a warning." Seriously? This girl doesn't know anything, why tell me to watch my back? I obvously know she's planning something and I now have the upper hand. Ha, idiot.

When I finally reached my locker I opened it and threw all my books in, I seriously have no idea how I ended up with this many books and class hadn't started yet, strange right?

"Hey neighbour." I heard a familiar voice saying from behind the door of my locker. I mentally slapped my forehead. Seriously? Did I do something to offend fate or destiny or something? First I have to deal with Olivia on my back and now him.

"You've got to me kidding me." I muttered and shut my locker.

"Guess we'll be seeing a lot more of each other huh?" Zac said flashing me his signature smirk which would melt any girls heart at the sight of it. Fortunately, I'd grown up with the guy and it didn't effect me.....much. What? That guy is Hot! Lucky I could control my hormones and feelings for him.

"Yay." I said sarcastically. "Like I don't see enough of you already." I rolled my eyes.

"You know you can't resist me." He said drapping an arm over my shoulders. I looked up at him with a raised eyebrow.

"Don't blow your ego." I said shaking his arm off me. He chuckled and opened his mouth to say something but was cut off by another girl tackling him.

"Baby! I missed you over summer, why didn't you call me?!" A ginger girl said still with her arms around his neck. Zac's eyes were wide and he looked over at me and mouthed help. I smirked and waved before walking off. I could feel Zac's glare on my back as I happily walked to my first class.
