[[Falling apart]]

"Did you call him?"

"Have you decided?"

"Are you going to be famous?"

I pulled the pillow over my head as my three annoying friends surrounded my bed without so much as a good morning. I groaned into the fabric and sat up straight causing them to shift so they could see my face.

"Yes I called him, yes I have and there's more to it."

"What did you say?"

"What did he say?"

"What do you mean?"

"Ugh, Seriously? What's with the questions?" I laughed.

"We just want to know." Kerri said bouncing on my bed.

"Ok, well, I'll tell you this much. He needed some songs to show his bosses. He'll get back to me in a few weeks."

"I can't believe that Robert Hecklins wants to sign you." Andy said patting my back.

"Ok, now can you leave so I can dress? I'll meet you guys downstairs in fifthteen minutes."

They all nodded and walked back out the door. Kerri went out last, winking at me before shutting my door.

I fell back with a smile on my face. It's been two weeks since the winter dance. Christmas passed and we were all looking forward to New Year's next week-end. Things were finally looking up for me.

I never really saw Zac, Kat, Tina or Olivia, if I did we just ignored each other. I think they started hanging out at someone else's house, which was fine by me, I could now walk around the house not worrying if they were around the corner. I didn't have to hide in my own home.

I still saw Matt. He gave me small smiles whenever I would pass him. He would try talking to me during dinner. I gave him small quick answer's or didn't answer all together. What he did still hurt me and I wasn't about to forgive him....yet. Still after everything, he was my brother, besides, Jakey had heard about an argument we had and now gives Matt the colder shoulder as well.

It was funny seeing him constantly sticking his tongue out at him at first but after a while, I actually felt sorry for Matt. Even our parents gave him a hard time about it at the beginning.

I pulled my grey jeans and white wooly top on needing the warmth. It had been snowing all week and every inch of the place was covered in white. It was beautiful....before people ruined it. Pulling up my knee high socks and then my grey Ugg boats, I headed downstairs.

"Ready for a fun day in the snow?" Wilson said meeting me at the bottom of the stairs. I grinned and jumped on his back.

"Yup." I said as he chuckled. We went outside where Andy was running from a snow covered Kerri.

"Andy, I can't believe you just did that!" She screeched.

"Sorry babe. I couldn't resist." He said dogding a snowball she threw.

"Really? Well then, next time think before you act or are you forgetting the girl you sleep with almost every night?" She said giving him a smug smile.

"You wouldn't." Andy said poping up from behind the car.

"But I really don't feel like having sex tonight....or for the rest of the week, hell make it a month." Kerri said amused by the look on Andy's face. Wilson and I burst out laughing as Andy's face fell.

"Got it rough man." Wilson said as I jumped off from his back.

"She doesn't mean it.....right?" He asked looking between Wilson and I.
