Hayes and I were laying on his bed watching The Little Mermaid because I love that movie.

"Princess" Hayes spoke up.

"Yes?"

"You're birthday is close!" He said smiling.

I looked on my phone and noticed that my birthday was two weeks away. My birthday is December 24. Yep I was born on Christmas Eve. So was Chastin. We always had combined birthday parties when we were little.

"Oh...it is!" I said getting excited.

"You're gonna be 17!"

"I know! I'm excited because I get to spend it with you" I said kissing his lips causing him to smile.

Hayes picked my up and spun me around making me giggle.

"Put me down!" I said still laughing.

"Wanna go to my house and see what Kolton and Chassity are doing?" I asked after he put me down.

"Sure" he said.

We both put on our shoes and walked to my house.

I unlocked the door and walked in. I went up to Kolton's room and knocked, but nobody answered. I hear little sobs, so I opened the door and walked in.

I saw Kolton laying on his bed with his face buried in his pillow.

"Kolt?"

"What!" He said angrily and turned around.

"What happened?" I asked rubbing his back.

"She ch-cheated on me" he said giving me a hug and crying into my shoulder.

"Aww I'm sorry" I asked still rubbing his back.

He kept crying into my shoulder. Eventually Hayes came up.

"What's wrong?" Hayes asked confused.

"Chassity cheated on him" I explained.

"Oh...I'm sorry man. That's fucked up" Hayes said.

After Kolton got himself together, he said he was fine and thanked us for comforting us.

Hayes and I went downstairs to the kitchen.

"Wanna go to the park?" I asked.

"Yeah sure" Hayes said and we walked out the door headed to the park down the street.
