I was getting ready for our annual Christmas Dinner. Hayes is coming over this time and I'm excited.
I decided to put on:

I put on some nude heels. I put on my everyday make up but also added some dark red matte lipstick.
I straitened my hair and put it in a low messy/neat bun.
When I was finished I walked downstairs and helped mom and Kolton set up.
"I got it!" I yelled as I heard the doorbell ring.
I opened it and saw Hayes and Skylynn. Skylynn looked so adorable.
"Hello!" I said hugging sky.
"You look really pretty" she said.
"So do you" I smiled. They both walked in and I shut the door behind them.
"Damn baby, you look amazing!" Hayes said as he grabbed my waist and held me close.
"You don't look to bad yourself" I said and pecked his lips.
I grabbed his hand and led him to the kitchen. Sky was already in there helping Kolton.
"Mom, this is my boyfriend Hayes. Hayes, this is my mom"
"Hi Hayes! I'm Lee, Kolton and Kelani's mom" My mom said shaking my moms hand.
"Hi Mrs. Rios" Hayes smiled.
My mom looked at me and snickered a little.
"Actually my last name is Sanchez" my mom said.
"Oh I'm sorry" Hayes said and his face turned red.
"I'm sorry I should've told you" I said to hayes.
"It's okay princess" he said and kissed me.
"Okay okay! I get it! You two are dating" My mom said making me and Hayes laugh.
"Love you mama"
"Mmhm"
We walked to the kitchen and sat down.

"I had a nice time" Hayes said.
"I'm glad you did" I said smiling.
I gave him a kiss and said bye to Skylynn before they left.
I walked back into the kitchen to see Kolton and mom cleaning up.
"So Lani" my mom spoke up.
"Yes?"
"Have y-" she was cut off MY the doorbell ringing.
I walked over to door and opened it only to see Hayes.
"May I help you?" I asked.
"I forgot to give you this" he said pulling a ring out of his pocket.

"Thank you Hayes! I love it" I said kissing his cheek.

Thats Kelani and Kolton's mom. They are mixed with Puerto Rican and African American (there dad is African American). She's 31 and has the twins when she was 14.
