It was seven o' clock in the morning and I was trailing my index finger across Johnny's facial features. I trailed it across his nose and his forehead and went past his high cheekbones. That's when his beautiful eyes opened and looked straight at me. "Having fun?" He asked, smiling. I nodded and signed, "You're so cute when you're asleep." Johnny stretched and put one hand behind his neck. "Are you hungry?" He asked. I nodded and he smiled. Johnny threw the covers off of him and I saw something sticking up in his boxers. I blushed and giggled a little. He looked at me and said, "What's wrong?" I couldn't stop giggling. That's when I pointed down and he looked and his eyes went wide. "Oh, shit." He quickly got up and rushed to the bathroom and I was left laughing in bed. When he came back he had jeans on and I stopped laughing. "What were you dreaming about?" I signed. He blushed and I knew that he was embarrassed. He threw his suitcase onto the bed next to my feet and he looked at me smiling. "You." Johnny signed back. I sat down on my stomach and watched Johnny get dressed I. front of me. Then he pulled out a cologne that made my heart sink. It was Daddy's favorite cologne and when Johnny sprayed it on him I started to cry a little. He looked at me and signed, "What's wrong?" I pointed to the cologne and Johnny looked at it then to me. I started to cry really hard and that's when he came over to me and wrapped his arms around me.

Johnny's P.O.V

I held Christine in my arms and let her cry on my white shirt. "Johnny, I miss him so much." I massaged her scalp as my fingers ran through her long hair. It broke my heart to see the girl that I love in so much pain. She pulled away from me and I ran my thumb under her eyes. "I miss him to." I told her. I pulled her onto my lap and she signed, "Can I tell you a secret?" I nodded and she said, "I knew that Daddy would do it. The doctor had him on so many anti- depresants that he started to drink more and more alchohol everyday. It scared me when he left, Johnny, and I never wanted to tell you." She leaned against my shoulder and whispered, "My worst fear has become my worst nightmare." I held her in my arms for a while until she fell asleep from crying so hard. I watched her sleep and when it was time to go to the funeral home, I woke her up and got dressed while she took a shower. Now it was time to bring her out of denial.
