Hey there, killjoy!
I wrote this in the Summer of 2011. Ages ago, right? At least, I think I did. Maybe it was 2012. Memory fails me - it was so long ago, I don't really remember. Feels like it's been here forever.
Gerard Way was a huge part of my life and still is. I guess that's why I wrote this. Writing this was excellent for me, and made me happy, and I made a string of new friends, like the gorgeous Emily (EmberWolf) whom is still a close friend today. The high reader count has astonished me and made me so happy and honestly MWHITY has been just a great experience. But I'm currently unhappy with the writing standard and I've re-written parts in order to remove cringey fanfiction cliches that yes, unbelievably and unfortunately I did include. I realise that Sunshine was an odd name to pick, but I loved it, and hey, I can't change that now, can I? But I will remake this story and try and make it great for you guys again, so please enjoy loves c:
NOTE: I love Lyn-Z with all my heart and G + L have a beautiful family together. It was just interesting to imagine what would happen if teen! Gerard and an original character fell in love. This is all absolute fiction.
