'Allow it' - This would be used in a context where someone would want another person to stop doing or saying something.
e.g A friend could be teasing another friend about something that happened and they would respond by saying 'Aye Allow It.' to tell their friend to stop what they are doing.
'Alie' - This would be used to agree with somebody.
e.g. Somebody telling somebody something which you agree with you would reply by saying 'Alie.' as a way to show you are in agrrement with what the person is saying.
