'Hold that/this' - This is asking somebody to hold onto or take care of something for somebody, it could also be used in a cocky way to give somebody a gift such as somebody who is close to someone.
e.g. 1, A friend asking their friend to look after a knife, 'Hold that for me real quick'
e.g. 2, A big brother giving his little sister a gift that she wanted for a long time, 'Aye hold that.'
'Hench' - This is to show somebody is muscular and/or big built.
e.g. A girl showing her friends a boy she met at the gym, 'He's hench init?'
'Hard' - This is used to show something or someone as being cool.
e.g. A person talking about someones achievements, 'She's actually hard for doing that'
