'Innit' - Usually used as a question (Isn't it?) or to agree with somebody.
e.g. 1, 'He's buff init?'
e.g.2, A friend agreeing with a statement that was made by a friend, 'INITTTT!'
'Inner' - This is used to refer to somebody who is too nosy.
e.g. Soembody replying to someone who is asking too many questions, 'You're too inner, asking all these questions.'
