You yelled in annoyance, straining against the restraints and cursing profoundly

The door opened and you became silent

Two men walked through, one was the man who came into your cell before - the one with the metal arm and the other was the one you healed, the one that you knew but didn't

"Y/n" he covered his mouth with his hand and tears formed in his eyes

You said nothing, looking at the two men with interest

"Hello, Uh I'm Bucky like I said before and this is Tony" Bucky introduced

"I would shake your hand but I fear that would be rather difficult" you hissed

"Uh yeah.. sorry" Bucky looked uncomfortable as he scratched the back of his neck

The one called Tony cleared his throat "Uh so, I just- I know that it's confusing, I Uh I Uh so-"

"Tell her her name" Bucky whispered to the stuttering man

"Hm, Uh yeah, so your name is y/n" he grimmest "and I'm your brother"

You looked away from him and at the floor

There was a long silence that you had no interest in breaking - but you did eventually

"Take of the restraints" you commanded

"We'd like to really - but we can't, Fury won't be happy and-"

"I don't give a damn" you interrupted Bucky "either you get rid of them or you will get no cooperation from me"

The two men shared a look then Tony stepped forward "deal" he pressed a few buttons behind your head and your restraints retracted

You got steadily off the bed and shoved it to the corner, standing in front of the two men and crossing your arms

"Why in gods name should I trust you?" You spat

They said nothing and so you continued "I may know you, and yes I didn't like the idea of you dead - but that does not mean I'm on your side"

"And what? You're on HYDRA's?" The black haired man said in a defeated tone

"There are more than two sides to this coin" you retorted "I'm on my own side," you paused and stepped forward

"And you didn't answer my question"

"Because we're family" tony looked at you silently begging you to believe him

You sighed and changed your form into a shadow

"Agh!" Bucky Yelled And the two men stepped backwards

You moved along the wall behind the men

"Look for a shadow!" Bucky Yelled

You became solid again behind them "you know," the two men yelled and turned - retreating to the far end of the room next to the bed

"From where I'm standing I see no proof, no reason - family means nothing. Trust should be earned by actions not by status"

"Then let me show you how much I trust you will not see me hurt" Tony stepped forward, falling on his knees, you narrowed your eyes

"I am completely unarmed" he put his arms out " you could kill me in a second and you know it" he stopped to take a breath "so why don't you?"

You stepped towards the man so you were about two feet in front of him

You were silent for about thirty seconds evaluation what the man would do

Then you sighed offering him a hand he took hesitantly

"Y/n huh?" You asked

He nodded

"I could work with that"
