Today is (Y/N) and I's wedding anniversary. I bought food from Katsuya because it's our favorite. Then I booked a flight to Paris as my gift to her because I remembered she told me back in highschool, once she's married and she gets to celebrate their one year anniversary, she wants to go to Paris with her husband.
I don't know if she still remembers it, but I do.
When I got home, I was greeted by our dog and he starts to jump around getting excited.
"Hey there, buddy. Where's (Y/N)?" I asked our dog petting his head after putting the food down on the kitchen island
"Babe, I'm home!" I said my voice echoing through the house "Come on, bud!" I said to our dog jogging upstairs
I opened the door and I saw her wearing my Nike shirt and my Calvin Klein boxers "Well hello there, sexy." I said smirking at my wife
"Oh my gosh, what time did you get home? I'm not even ready yet." She said covering her face
"Babe, you don't need make up. You're more beautiful without it." I said removing her hands on her face "See? It's perfect." She blushed after I said it and it was so cute
"I need to look presentable even we are at home. I look disgusting." She pouts "I'll just put minimal make up and put on some jean shorts and a decent shirt, then I'll go downstairs."
"Can I watch?" I winked being a cheeky husband
"Not today, handsome." She said "Maybe later." She said winking at me
(Y/N)'s POV
"It's positive." I whispered staring at the pregnancy test I just took minutes ago
I don't know if I was happy or scared. I just can't believe that I'm pregnant. On our wedding anniversary I found out I was pregnant.
"Oh my god!" I said covering my mouth with my hand, I was surprised.
"Well hello there, sexy." I heard Niall say and my eyes got widened, I quickly hid the pregnancy test on the bedside table
