So what I did is, I watched some videos on YouTube to have an idea on what it is. I'm sorry if it's not exactly the way it is because I literally don't know the rules and regulations of this game, so I'm just basing my imagine from the videos that I watched.

Niall's POV
"Niall Horan, welcome to I'm a celebrity get me out of here!" Chris said, one of the host of the show, while I was seated in a wooden chair and there is a table right in front of me "Having a good time?"
"To be honest, I'm not. This is crazy ass hell! I didn't even know how did I get into this show." I said in a jokingly manner, making the two hosts laugh
"Well we're very sorry to hear that but we promise you that everything will be worth it as long as you finish the challenge successfully." Julia said "So are you ready on your challenge, Niall?"
"No, but let's get on with it." I nervously said and sat properly
"Your challenge today is easy for you. Because we all know that you have a thing with food, you love different types of cuisine. Like Japanese right?" Julia said and I nod
"So, we made a Japanese food for you." Chris said then a guy showed up bringing two trays that are covered at the top and he put it right in front of me "Do you have any idea on what are you going to do?"
"Am I finally eating?" I chuckled and they nodded a yes "Finally!"
"But Niall, there is a twist." Chris said
"Oh boy." I muttered getting nervous
"Open the first dish please." Julia said then the guy in charge with the trays opened it and the food inside is a ramen
"We have the famous ramen in Japan and the other dish is.." He opened the other tray
"What the hell!" I said my eyes widening "Am I eating this?"
"Yes and that is a witchetty grub." Chris said and I gagged when I saw it is moving
"No way! This is crazy." I said just looking at the whatever grub it is but it is so disgusting "Why is it moving?"
"Don't worry you only have to eat the half part of it. So what it's going to be? The ramen or witchetty grub." Julia said
"Of course I have to take the witchery grub. This is so messed up!" I said as I slowly took it out of tray, then I took a bite of it and it taste disgusting
