(Cathy)

Carrie: I know you and I didn't work, part of it is because I'm older and want to relax and you still have a lot of energy in you but I saw how you looked at Destiny when we caught her so you have my blessing and I just want her to be happy, after everything I put her through in her childhood she deserves to be happy

Cathy: I'm sorry things didn't work between us and I have nothing but good intentions for Destiny and I hope your happy with who you are with

Carrie: I dumped her a long time ago, I haven't told Destiny yet and I didn't know it was possible for me but she's going to be a big sister

Cathy: So your with a man now

Carrie: We got married recently and it was all supposed to be a surprise

Cathy: Well congratulations

Our conversation was interrupted by Destiny groaning in pain. I didn't want to keep her in the hospital because I don't like them. I feel like they make money off of you being sick and don't do much to help you get better. Those bitches got away but I'll find them. I brought Destiny home and I called off work for a week to take care of her. She was waking up and me and her mom sat down on the floor next to her.

Destiny: Am I going to be okay

Cathy: Yes you are

Mom: I was so worried about you and I know I was a awful mom before but I want us to have a better relationship now I'm not that old sweetie pie

Destiny: I would like that

Mom: You should also know your going to be a big sister

Destiny: Your joking, I thought you were done and a lesbian

Mom: I'm bi and I'm not old and I met a great man a few months ago and we decided to get married and have a kid together

Destiny: I'm happy for you

They smiled at each other for a bit then her mom said she had to get going. Once we were alone Destiny sat up. The knife didn't go deep enough to cause any damage so she was going to be sore a while and might have a little trouble digesting her food but despite that she was going to be just fine. She crawled into my lap and dozed off. I kissed her forehead then got her to bed. I curled up next to her and then went to sleep.
